Tractor, excavator, header, farm ute — refuelling shouldn't be a job in itself. This is the 10,000L tank with the dispensing side already sorted: a PIUSI Cube 70/33 unit fitted during manufacture, running on standard single-phase 240V power.

70 litres a minute through a 4m × 1" hose, with an automatic shut-off nozzle that stops when the machine's full rather than when you notice. A 200-litre tractor tank takes about three minutes. A K33 mechanical meter records every litre to within ±1%, so fuel can be tracked against a machine, a job or a paddock instead of disappearing into a monthly figure nobody can break down.

PIUSI build these to last. It's a self-priming vane pump with bypass, mounted on anti-vibration supports and driven by an induction motor with thermal overload protection — IP55 rated for outdoor mounting and running below 75 dB. Quality equipment, specified for the conditions it'll actually live in rather than the ones in a catalogue.

The tank underneath is one-piece rotationally moulded diesel-grade poly. Nothing inside to rust, no seams to split — and at ten thousand litres that matters, because a steel tank shedding scale into a full load is a problem that reaches every machine on the place.

Which is also why the water defences run right through it. The lid is poly welded shut. The vent sits on a 300mm riser, above splash height. A water separator filter is fitted to the tank as standard, and this kit adds a water captor filter at the point of dispense. Four barriers between rain and your injectors, none of them an optional extra.
