3. Promotion Period The draw runs monthly on an ongoing basis, commencing Friday 29th May 2026. Each monthly draw covers reviews submitted during that calendar month.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over
  • Entrants must be a genuine RapidPlas customer who has received a product delivery
  • Employees of RapidPlas Group and their immediate families are not eligible

5. How to Enter

  • Purchase is required (customers must have received a RapidPlas delivery)
  • Submit a genuine review of your RapidPlas product via the review link provided in your post-delivery email
  • One entry per customer per review submission
  • Reviews must be submitted during the relevant calendar month to be eligible for that month's draw

6. Prize

  • 2 x $100 BP Fuel Vouchers drawn each month
  • Total monthly prize value: $200
  • Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Draw

  • Drawn on the last business day of each calendar month
  • Draw conducted electronically from all eligible entries received that month
  • Conducted at RapidPlas Group, 29 Logistic Ave, Tamworth NSW 2340

8. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 30 days, a redraw will be conducted

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and delivering prizes
  • Information is handled in accordance with the RapidPlas Privacy Policy
  • Entrants consent to their first name and suburb being published if they are drawn as a winner

10. General

  • RapidPlas reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits a fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate review
  • By submitting a review and any accompanying photos, entrants grant RapidPlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the review and photos for marketing purposes, with attribution limited to the entrant's first name and suburb.
  • RapidPlas reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time with reasonable notice
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
