While a single large tank is space-efficient, a multi-tank setup offers superior water security. By linking two or more tanks with ball valves, you can isolate a single tank for cleaning or maintenance without losing your entire water supply.

Multiple tanks also allow you to expand your capacity over time as your needs grow. If you were considering a single large steel tank, a linked poly setup often provides a more flexible, rust-proof, and manageable alternative.

Our Crown Force design is the result of years of in-house engineering and iteration.

It features a unique domed roof with interlocking fins that provide incredible structural integrity. Unlike some large tanks that require a central internal pole for support, our roof is entirely self-supporting.

This means there is no pole to rot, rust, or collect debris inside your water.

While the iconic corrugated look pays homage to traditional Australian tanks, the design is purely functional.

The corrugations provide extra strength and wall integrity, allowing the tank to withstand the immense pressure of thousands of litres of water. Because our tanks are a single-molded design, there are no seams, joins, or weak points, virtually eliminating the risk of splitting.

We believe a tank should be ready to work the moment it arrives. While many manufacturers treat essentials as added extras, every RapidPlas tank includes our Premium Fit-Out as standard:

  • 4 Heavy-Duty Lifting Lugs: Every large tank features four integrated lifting lugs. This makes the installation process significantly safer and easier, allowing for balanced crane or tractor lifting without damaging the tank walls.

  • Stainless Steel Strainer: We provide a high-grade stainless steel inlet strainer. Unlike plastic alternatives that can perish or warp in the sun, our stainless steel mesh keeps debris and pests out of your water for the long haul.

  • Light/Dust Cover: We include a light-blocking dust cover. The cover is critical for preventing light entry, which stops algae growth and ensures your water stays clean and clear.

  • Dual Molded-In Outlets: Most manufacturers provide only one. We provide two 1.5" BSP outlets. This allows you to connect a pump to one and a second tank to the other at any time, without ever having to empty your primary storage.

  • Molded-In Strength: Our outlets are molded into the tank during manufacture, making them much stronger than outlets drilled into the tanks during finishing which are prone to leaking or splitting under pressure.

  • Ball Valve: We include a high-quality ball valve so you can connect your pump or another tank.

A correct base is essential for the longevity of your tank and your warranty.

We recommend a level, stable pad made of reinforced concrete or compacted crusher dust.
